José Martinho Oliveira | University of Aveiro
Holding a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, he is a Professor and Director of the Aveiro-Norte Higher School of the University of Aveiro and a researcher at CICECO. A specialist in 3D printing, robocasting, and FFF, he conducts research on polymeric materials and thermoplastic composites with industrial and biomedical applications. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong connection to the business fabric, participating in projects with companies and developing activities in the areas of management, industrial property, and standardisation. He is also the President of the National Technical Standardisation Committee CT 220 – Additive Manufacturing.

Mónica Azevedo | INOVA+
Mónica Azevedo is a Senior Consultant and Head of Unit at the Science & Entrepreneurship Unit of INOVA+. Holding a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from FEUP and a Postgraduate degree in the Business Ignition Programme from Porto Business School, she possesses vast experience in strategic consulting, R&D project management, and technology transfer. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with SMEs, universities, and technological centres, supporting innovation, competitiveness, and knowledge valorisation.
