Internationalization remains one of the main challenges for companies developing or using Additive Manufacturing solutions. Although the technology allows for the production of complex, customized components with high added value, success in international markets also depends on the ability to structure efficient, secure, and profitable export operations.

With the aim of supporting companies in this area, AIDA CCI and the INOV.AM consortium are hosting, on June 16th, the webinar “Export Better in Additive Manufacturing: Structure, Processes, and Control”, a session dedicated to best practices in the organization and management of internationalization processes.

This initiative is held within the scope of the INOV.AM Agenda, supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and the NextGenerationEU European Funds, which aim to strengthen the competitiveness, innovation, and technological capacity of Portuguese companies.

How to structure international operations securely and profitably

The webinar will feature the participation of Paula Sousa, an expert in international trade and business internationalization, with vast experience in supporting companies in the implementation of more efficient and sustainable export processes.

Throughout the session, fundamental aspects for the success of international operations will be addressed, namely preparing the company to export, the main risks and errors associated with internationalization, the internal structuring of operations, coordination between the commercial, logistics, financial, and administrative areas, as well as operational and commercial risk management.
