INOV.AM Agenda Webinar Aligns Communication Strategy and Strengthens Collaboration

As part of the INOV.AM Agenda, a strategic webinar was held to present the project’s Communication Plan. The event, exclusively for consortium partners, took place over two sessions on May 14 and 21, 2024, aiming to ensure full alignment and maximize the impact of future dissemination actions.
This initiative was a key step in consolidating a shared vision of the project and ensuring that all members follow the same communication guidelines, reinforcing the cohesion and identity of the INOV.AM Agenda. The active participation of representatives from each partner was crucial to the success of this initiative.

The webinar was structured to cover all aspects of the communication plan, from strategic objectives to the tools and channels to be used, ensuring that the INOV.AM message is conveyed clearly, consistently, and effectively.

Session Structure

• May 14 Session: Dedicated to internal dissemination of the Communication Strategy, focusing on its pillars, target audiences, and overall communication objectives of the Agenda.

• May 21 Session: Focused on the practical implementation of the strategy by consortium companies and entities, addressing synergies and collaboration mechanisms to maximize the reach of initiatives.
